Busy end of February, but we made it. Once again, I was reminded how much I love Valentines…about as much as Halloween. GAG!! Too much of everything. Alicia was glad when it was over with. Granted Alicia was a little worked up about her gift to Daniel…but, more about that later.
First, the boy’s gifts from Grandma Rita.
What am I going to do with Garrick?
After dinner, we gave the boys our traditional M&M gift. 
The boy’s response: “We got this last year!”
Mom’s response: “And the years before and every year from now on. If it works I’m not going to stress about changing it!”
Z ripped that bag of candy out faster than Mom could move. He loves his treats!
Dan surprised me with a nice rice maker.
Which may not seem a big deal, but we LOVE our rice maker. We got our previous one for our wedding (14.5 years ago) and had just barely lost the measuring cup before Christmas. It was time to move on to bigger and better!
Alicia pulled off the biggest surprise
Dan loves his Little Debbie’s snacks. Then he noticed the paper at the bottom of the box.
Alicia is taking Dan to Orlando! Harry Potter World, here we come! (and maybe a little Disney).
This is to celebrate Dan’s 37th birthday this spring. Dan is a little obsessed with the number 37, and it has rubbed off on his family. So, Alicia decided to do something extra special for his favorite number. Original plan was to completely surprise him on his birthday, but logistics, kids, and schedules required some early notification. Anyway, we are so excited to get to spend a week playing in Orlando!
