We have been busy the past few weekends. Dan undertook building a shed. It was from a kit, which so far has been awesome.
He has had great help from family, so that has made it go really fast. All that is left is putting shingles on the roof and painting! Can’t wait to start emptying all the crap in the garage back into the shed. Dan is looking forward to having his spot in the garage again!
Alicia’s project was getting her baby grand piano. I have wanted a baby grand for years. When we bought our home it was because I could see right where I could put my piano (that I didn’t yet own). I started browsing KSL a couple of months ago, just to see what was available and one day saw one that I had been keeping my eye on had lowered its price even more…so I called, saw it, and bought it in a 1 hour time period.
It was nerve-racking getting it moved up to my house and figuring out how to fit it in my front room, but then I look in and see this and it just touches my heart. SO WORTH IT!
I have played the piano more in the last 2 weeks than in the last year+. So excited for these new additions to our home.
