I actually had a Pinterest success for St. Patrick’s this year. It was small, but made me feel awesome…yep, I can get into the holiday spirit sometimes.
Anyway, started out with our traditional green puff pancakes. 
I considered getting Lucky Charms…until I saw that it was $5.99 for the small box. Yeah, right. Alicia will get her butt out of bed a little early and make a real breakfast. Enjoy it boys, it doesn’t happen often on a school morning.
The pinterest success was St. Patrick’s Parfaits for the family.
Garrick got a special “leprechaun treat” (pistachio pudding) at preschool and we added it to the parfaits. Very simple: cake mix, sprite, green food coloring, pistachio pudding, and whipped topping. Yum!
Wahoo! It worked…what a relief. Funky diapers the next day, but worth it!
