I’m a little late, I know. No excuse, other than I haven’t been pulling out my camera for anything. We are still trying to get settled into a routine, but it takes awhile. The kids are adjusting great to the house. They run around like they own the place. Thankfully for Mom there is a nice big basement for them to disappear to. Nice…just as long as they aren’t slamming doors (which seems to be the “in” thing right now.)
Well, Thanksgiving has come and gone, and was a lot of fun. Of course, there is tons of food, how can it go wrong? We had dinner with the Preece side this year and the kids had a blast running around with their cousins.
It is so fun when babies start to realize that there are people their own size! Kimber kept Garrick entertained all through the dinner.
Connor pulled out his other front tooth right before we moved. He loved having us tease him about how to eat turkey without teeth.
My favorite part of Thanksgiving is the pies. I love the selection that comes out…oh, and I love that I have great chef’s on both sides of the family. It makes for a great dessert.
Garrick discovered he was close enough to touch Aunt Kat’s pumpkin cheesecake.
The little monster took advantage.
We didn’t notice for awhile.
He was pretty proud of himself.
Oh, and he is totally converted to cheesecake. Uncle Mark made one for pie night, and Garrick can’t shovel it in fast enough. He ignores every other type of pie. Makes it really difficult for Mom to enjoy her leftover pieces when she has to share every other bite!
Thanks everyone for a great holiday!!
