I’m wondering where the week went. I finally realized it was Thursday….Wow. Now looking back I have no idea what I did. We have had sick kids for most of the last week. Sick being relative. They get fevers and headaches at night, and then don’t sleep well, but then wake up the next morning fine, and then start the cycle again the next night. Started with Connor and now Garrick. I’m gearing up for Haden to begin. Oh well, it has been nice to have them actually sleeping for naptime.
Biggest thing this week was getting the Blue & Gold Banquet out of the way. (#4 for Alicia. Connor doesn’t remember me NOT being in Cubs) Sad thing was I had Dan bring the camera, and I was running around so much, I didn’t even think about pulling it out. All I can say was it was a well-oiled machine. We had 100% attendance from the boys and families, which means 70+ people to feed and entertain. Oh, and we did it in 50 minutes. We started on time, moved people through the line, and kept things going. They did a slideshow movie of the past year during dinner. Then started awards and handed everyone a cupcake as they walked out the door. AMAZING. It worked. Ahhh, now a break for another year.

Sound like it was a success! Ours went as well as could be expected although the PARENTS couldn't keep their mouths shut for even the 7 minute presentation.
