The boys were most excited about hanging out with their cousin Stanley last weekend. On Alicia’s side of the family there are no cousins for my boys to play with, other than my cousins. Stanley falls smack dab between Connor and Haden in age. They were so excited to go and sleep over at his house.
Haden was so excited to find his cool glasses. Then he saw Stanley with his shades, and they ended up running around all weekend with sunglasses on. Yep, in the rain. Quite entertaining.
Marya pampered Garrick all weekend. She held him whenever she could. It was cute to watch. By the end, he would ignore me and head straight for her.
They were making fun of me since I didn’t know how to whip cream. (Yeah, I am the Miracle Whip queen) Isn’t it sad when your 11 year old cousin is teaching you how to cook? He was a great teacher though. It helped that it was Winder Whipping Cream. I am “almost” considering Winder. Probably as close as I will get though.
Thanks Aunt Nancy and Uncle RJ for a great weekend! We had a total blast!
