Day 3 started with us enjoying the morning in Park City. The storm had rolled out and we had beautiful weather on the mountainside. We spent most of the morning at the Park City Mountain Resort taking rides down the Alpine Slide. This was something that I wanted to do for years, and just never got around to it. I figured it would be an adventure and the boys would love it. Let’s just say it was an understatement.
The worst part of the slides was the 15minute chair lift up to the top of the mountain. It took FOREVER. Especially since we could only go up 1 at a time so there was a parent who was stuck at the bottom with Garrick and the other non-rider. Oh well….We had a total blast. I would love to do this with our families! There was so much to do up at the resort.
After taking our turns on the slide we headed down to SLC for lunch and an afternoon at Discovery Gateway. We got a 6 month pass again, and I still needed to get Dan up there to see how much fun the boys have.
Haden’s favorite thing is the helicopter on the roof. He would play in it all day if I would let him.
Connor loves to spend time in the construction zone building towers. (Which he loves to knock right down).
After a long day we took off home to unpack and relax. Only one more day to go!
