This past weekend Trigger and Skai’s (our dogs) mother passed away. Connor and Haden were concerned, probably because the owner is one of their friends. They even suggested letting S. have one of our dogs. Connor decided to write S. a note of condolence.
Here is the gist of the note:
“I am sorry about your dog Miska.” Then he drew a nice picture of the dog. Then he put X’s on her eyes. “Because she’s dead”. Dan had to do some editing. How do you explain tact to a 6 year old?
Our girl Skai. She is really trying to shed right now. Leads to a lot of clumps of fur all over our back yard.
