I am not very good about taking pictures of my kids at the “lifetime events”. I tend to forget my camera, or it just doesn’t turn out. The funny thing is that I really make a big deal out of the baby’s first bath. For all of my boys we make sure to get the traditional shot of them in the tub and then one when they are bundled up in their fluffy towels. (I don’t know why this matters to me.)
Anyway, Garrick had his first bath this weekend and we had fun taking pictures. Thankfully he loved the bath. Dan thinks he was just remembering the home he just came from. I am just grateful that he didn’t drown. Alicia has been having problems remembering how to work with a baby. I’m blaming it on the loss of brain cells during the pregnancy.
I just love the many expressions he comes up with. Usually he just looks up at me with a look of “I’m not sure about this whole thing”. Get used to it baby!!
